DOES THIS WORKBOOK INCLUDE GOAL-SETTING?

Setting goals can be a great way to plan your time and things you'd like to achieve. Although this workbook has a section on brainstorming an overview of your goals for the year ahead, it is NOT about goal-setting specifically.

Instead it is designed to help you review and plan your life in a DIFFERENT WAY to traditional goal-setting.

This is because some people find it really difficult to map out their goals and follow them through. The process of goal-setting can feel too rigid, overwhelming and stressful even - like just yet more things to add to your To Do list.

I sometimes feel like this too.

So, I created this Review, Reflect and Reset Planner to help you work through your plans and dreams in a different way using journal prompts and lots of questions to help you define and clarify what you want to DO, FOCUS ON, ACHIEVE and BE.

This includes looking at:

  • Your successes, achievements, memories, challenges, priorities and more...

The great thing about this workbook is that you can use it just as it is, OR you can work through it alongside my dedicated Goal-Setting Workbook (which will help you set monthly and yearly goals) for some extra planning, motivation and progress-tracking. Do whatever works for you!
