I write about decluttering and simplifying life and most of us know about the physical and mental health benefits of clearing clutter.
However, I don’t think clearing our home of stuff is always enough to create the time, space and freedom that so many of us crave in a busy, complicated world.

Hi, I'm Antonia and I'm the creator of Balance Through Simplicity, a blog dedicated to helping you declutter your home, simplify life and live intentionally. This is a space that offers practical tips and easy-to-follow guidance to create a meaningful life you love.
For many years I juggled raising a young family with a demanding job. I ignored the warning signs of doing too much for too long until a melt-down at work forced me to re-evaluate my life and my misplaced priorities.
