Hello and welcome to Reclaim Your Time! I'm so pleased you're here!
My website is about simple and intentional living. I share practical tips to help busy people simplify life and discover how less can really be more.
This course is a time management course with intentional living at its heart.
I'd love to show you how you can declutter your time like you can declutter your home, in turn creating so much space, time and energy for the things that really matter in life to you.
As you go through the course, I'd like you to keep a quote by author Annie Dillard in mind.
It's a quote that resonated with me deeply when I first came across it and, in all honesty, it's what inspired me to create this course.
"How you spend your days is, of course, how you spend your life."
If you think about it for a moment, I hope you feel the power behind the statement.
We're so used to striving, achieving, being and doing that we don't often get the opportunity to pause and reflect.
Are we busy doing things that really enhance our lives and align with our priorities or are we busy for busy sake? Are we chasing our tails or stuck on a hamster wheel? The faster we go, the more difficult it is to get off?
This course is a mixture of information, practical tips, action steps, exercises and mini challenges - all designed to help you understand and explore your relationship with time and how you spend your days (and your life).
It's designed to help YOU carve out more time in your calendar and make the time you DO have work better for you.
By the end of the course I hope you'll have built your own COMPLETE SYSTEM for MANAGING YOUR TIME AND SCHEDULE, BEING MORE PRODUCTIVE and GETTING ORGANISED - the simple, intentional and strategic way.
After all, time is your most limited resource. Once it's gone, it's gone.
I can't give you more than 24 hours in a day or more than 7 days a week, but I can help you make things simpler, easier and quicker so that it feels like you've warped time and created more of it!
So let's make the most of it and RECLAIM YOUR TIME!
